Green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) is one of the most widely used plants in Indonesia. rich catechins which have many benefits including antioxidants, anticancer, can reduce stress, and cholesterol levels blood. This study aims to determine Tea extract with various extraction methods. Each sample was extracted by maceration, microwave infusion using aquadest solvent obtained Freeze Drying. Qualitative analysis 1% FeCl3 reagent, positive are indicated a color change blackish blue quantitative TLC-Densitometry. The results showed catechin content maceration method 331 mg/g
